The engineering plastics PA, POM and PET are innovative substitute materials for metals because they are hard wearing, have a low friction coefficient and are easily machined. It is no wonder that they are the raw material for many components in engineering and industrial applications. At our headquarters in Buchholz, Germany, we develop formulae for engineering plastics and manufacture semi-finished products and engineered components for a large variety of industries and markets. When you see a crane, a conveyor or food processing, quite often Licharz is in it. But let's go through the company together!

With almost 50 years experience in engineering plastics we have been specialists from the very beginning. Growing with the market, we have organised the company to meet the demands of a modern, globalised economy. Flexibility, integrity, cooperation - this is the core of our guidelines. Our 250 employees are qualified and dedicated: They develop and produce reliable products and make sure of fast and uncomplicated handling processes, from offer to delivery. Our technology focuses on our own continual material research and development, because every good plastic evolves from a good formula.

Wir sind auf die Fertigung von Halbzeugen aus technischen Kunststoffen spezialisiert. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt in der Produktion von PA 6 G, einem sehr festen, langlebigen Gusspolyamid aus eigener Entwicklung. POM und PET ergänzen unser Programm. Über 7000 Tonnen technischer Kunststoffe pro Jahr - das ist unser Volumen. Wir zählen zu den Top-Herstellern weltweit. Langlebige Werkstoffe, individuelle Zuschnitte, Vielfalt in den Abmessungen - das wird hier ganz großgeschrieben. Die Kunst der Polyamid- und Halbzeugherstellung liegt übrigens in guten Rezepturen und genau angepassten Fertigungsanlagen. Deshalb gehen bei uns Rezepturentwicklung und Anlageneinrichtung Hand in Hand.

We manufacture very stable and durable engineered components which are used wherever exposure to wear is high. Our range of machining possibilities offers a great deal of leeway for your own designs. With our manufacturing capacities we are well in the lead in Germany. Our manufacturing facilities for durable engineered components are almost fully automated. The recipe for success lies in our perfectly equipped machine workshops. We can produce batches of impressive quantity. But don't worry, there is no minimum order size. And if you want, we will gladly make you a prototype.
