LICHARZ GMBH integrated a process oriented system of continuous improvement into our organization. Our certification according to DIN ISO 9001:2000 is the tool we use every day to ensure good quality.
The quality handbook of LICHARZ GMBH describes all processes. The continuous improvement process constantly adds to or even changes the handbook. The implementation of our workers' self check, which includes order entry and order checking, ensures the quality of our finished parts. The order control is supported by a real time performance system so that there is an immediate reaction if a process goes wrong. Our claims management, which is integrated within our software system, helps our customers in case defective material leaves our facility undetected.
Audits, regular meetings and the computer aided creation of test protocols on a 3D measuring machine, along with constant information exchange over our Intranet, are reliable instruments to meet the requirements of our customers.
