Complex machined part made from POM

There is a change of thinking under way in engineering as engineering plastics are increasingly used as a substitute material for metal. Plastics are lighter, offer better inherent damping properties and are more resistant to wear and corrosion. The material can be precisely adjusted to customer needs and is easy to machine. From blanks and semi-finished products (made from PA, POM, PET, etc.) to component parts for every possible need, we can always offer the right solution.

Expertise from raw materials to the finished part

We have been developing and modifying engineering plastics for over two generations, using them to create parts and components for all kinds of markets and sectors. This is what sets us apart from pure plastic machining providers. Seamless cooperation in material development and production allows us to not only support our customers' production, but also recommend suitable materials that are tailored to specific application needs. As experts in materials, we are here to help you with any questions you may have about using engineering plastics as a substitute material.

Our machine pool – Constantly cutting edge

Our machine pool offers the full spectrum of processing options for component parts, and for all sizes and levels of complexity. We can reliably provide both small, simple parts and more complex components that go through many processing steps. We produce large-quantity orders on highly automated processing systems that use the latest robotics technology. Our turning machines can process parts measuring up to 1,600 mm in diameter, while our CNC milling machines are suitable for working ranges up to 3,000 x 1,000 mm. "We always keep our machine pool up to date" explains Managing Director Alfred Licharz. Every year we invest in new and replacement machines to take advantage of new technologies. This means we are always able to respond to the needs of our customers.
